I am a partner with Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP, a Chicago litigation firm. For over twenty years, I have been representing business interests in toxic tort claims, as well as representing buyers and sellers in post merger and acquisition disputes. I now spend much of my practice handling legacy liabilities, the intersection of those two practices. Legacy liabilities involve issues such as successor liability, shared insurance, indemnities, piercing the corporate veil, corporate histories, jurisdiction, public disclosure requirements and other specialized issues.

Beyond this practice area, I am committed to exceptional client service. I am the principal architect of Butler Rubin's award-winning client service program, and have authored and spoken on client service issues including budgeting, alternative billing and general service issues.
